Always use safe stretching technique.

Kneel on the hands and feet.  and raise the back up as high as possible like a cat.  Take slow deep breaths and hold for 15 to 30 seconds.  Bend slightly further during the stretch.  Then relax the back into a curved position for 15 to 30 seconds and repeat.
