Groin Stretch

Groin Stretch picture

Always use safe stretching technique.

The groin stretch stretches the adductor muscles in the thigh and groin.  To stretch the groin, sit down and place the soles of the feet together.  Bring the feet in to the groin.  Gently push the knees towards the floor.  Take slow deep breaths and hold for 15 to 30 seconds.  Bend down slightly further during the stretch.  Leaning forward and bringing the chin towards the feet will add a stretch to the low back.

The groin strech is important in preventing groin pulls.
