Side Bridge Stengthening Exercise

Always use safe stretching technique.

Lie on the side with the elbow underneath the side.  Life the body off the floor using the arm and elbow until the body is straight and nothing is touching the floor except the elbow, forearm and feet.  Hold the position for 30-60 seconds and then repeat on the opposite side.
